Mr. Charles Bibbs is the Assistant Principal at Waubonsie Valley High School (WVHS) in Aurora, IL. He is an accomplished educator with over 30 years of experience and has won a teacher of the year award and the DuPage County Assistant Principal of the year award. In addition, he is a strong community leader and an active member of his church.
